SERVICE DESIGN
Understanding the needs of stakeholders and creating user personas forms a basis for targeted and personalized service creation. To create proper stakeholder maps and personas we use various research methods for data gathering.
We are experienced in facilitating inspiring workshops where we brainstorm service concept ideas and reflect the ideas against stakeholder needs together with our clients. Workshops are creative tools for decision making in our client organizations.

Prototypes for specific service touchpoints can take form of physical and digital demos, which can be used for testing new service concepts and related technologies. We design PCBs and simulate the performance of the circuits. Our strength is in the embedded electronics and software. These enable low cost and low power wireless devices and robust solutions for industrial applications. We have designed electronics for large volume consumer products as well as for dedicated laboratory instruments.
We are strong in optics and measurement. Just choosing a right sensor is not enough if you want accurate and repeatable results. We take part in equipment design and designing of the mechanics as well. Tracing measurement drift or sensitivity to disturbances often require test set-up design and several samples to be monitored.
Would a literature or component search give input for a better decision? We offer IPR and FTO services and have been co-inventor in several patent applications of our customers. Many of our projects are multidiscipline and involve academic research partners. Sometimes best option is to modify an existing product rather than developing a new.
