Comparative tests

Comparative usability tests were performed when Rocla’s new Rapid P20 low-level order picker was at the prototype stage. Professional drivers were included in the testing; they carried out a set of predetermined tasks on a test course.

Similar models from two competitors were tested as comparative products. The tests yielded some good marketing material in the form of results as well as certainty regarding usability and ergonomics.
