Assessment of the pilot gambling point user experience.

This survey assessed the functionality of the Slot Machine Association's new gambling point prototype, and the effects of the operating environment on gambling motivation from the perspective of different user groups.

The survey was conducted by means of contextual user interviews and observation. The results provided valuable information for the project’s further development and completion.
